Portal terms of use

Your operator workspace

Use the portal only for work you are authorised to perform. Keep account credentials and invitation links secure. Operator administrators manage their staff’s access and are responsible for reviewing the information entered or uploaded on behalf of their business.

ZeroEmi supplies software. Your operator retains its customer relationships and responsibility for its courier, removals, wholesale or distribution services. Recording a crew member does not give that person a login. Selecting activities, modules or a source system does not itself authorise a charge, activate a provider connection or grant access to another person's records. Subscription and offer commitments are those separately accepted for the operator.

Operational decisions

Check addresses, driver credentials, vehicle suitability, dispatch assignments and commercial records before relying on them. Route suggestions and fleet calculations are decision aids; they do not replace the operator’s assessment of road conditions, vehicle restrictions, safety or contractual requirements.

Review removals surveys, access arrangements, accepted scope and variations with the customer. Check order quantities, selling units, stock authority and returns against their source records. A checklist, signature, recorded payment or provider acknowledgement does not by itself verify every underlying obligation. Custom workflows preserve recorded answers and decisions; they do not certify legal, safety or financial compliance. Regional EV calculations and assessments do not establish funding eligibility or approval.

Uploads and integrations

Upload only information you have authority to use. Do not upload malicious content, attempt to access another operator’s records or misuse access to external services. Optional integrations require a configured connection and are subject to the relevant provider’s terms and availability.

Provide the notices and obtain the authority needed to collect and share customer, recipient, worker and source-order information. Use custom questions, photos, signatures and location only for the stated work purpose. Do not require unnecessary sensitive information or use active-run sharing to monitor workers outside that run. Decide which operational workflow steps assigned workers need to see before sharing them. Keep devices secure and preserve unsynchronised evidence until it has been received by the operator.

Business email and connected orders

The operator authorises its outgoing email, recipients, sender identity and attachments, including messages sent through its own SMTP, Google, Microsoft or verified-domain connection. Check recipient details and authority before sending. Keep permission for optional service updates separate from marketing consent. Commercial marketing messages must identify the sender, have the required consent and provide a working unsubscribe facility; using another provider does not transfer that responsibility. Our business email feature sends messages and does not provide an inbox.

Confirm your authority to connect a store or source, import its customer and order data and publish delivery outcomes back to it. Review staged records and source changes before acting on them. Pausing or disconnecting prevents future use under that connection's controls; it cannot recall data already sent to a provider or remove retained work and audit records.

Google Maps features

Using Google Maps address and routing features is subject to the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, including the Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Confirm your selected street address before saving it.

Privacy and support

Our portal privacy notice explains how information is handled. For access or support questions, contact hello@zeroemi.com.au. Operational support access is limited to the applicable approved scope, staff identity and duration. Review a proposed operational action before executing it under your own authority. Ask your operator or ZeroEmi about available record copies, exports, corrections or deletion; closing access does not automatically delete all records or sent copies.

Any separately agreed operator service agreement continues to apply. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
